Sarirah Villagers, with the support of Haki na Sheria’s lawyers, challenged the constitutionality and legality of their eviction from their ancestral lands to make way for the construction of a portion of the LAPSSET (Lamu Port, South Sudan, Ethiopia Transport) Corridor.
