Haretha has an MA in Project Management, with over a decade of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) in the development sector. She currently serves as an Analysis and Evidence Specialist at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). She has a strong track record of designing and implementing robust M&E frameworks, leading continuous quality improvement initiatives, and delivering analytical insights to inform strategic decisions. With previous roles at AMREF and Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA), she has built deep expertise in data quality assurance, capacity development, and results-based project delivery.
